I have recently retired after spending 38 years working for the United States Forest Service. Most of my experience was in Fire Management. My experience included the following positions:

Assistant Director Aviation Washington DC
Director Fire and Aviation Management Intermountain Region
Coordinator for Fire Fighter exchange program with Russia
During my career I participated in numerous reviews of both federal and state fire management programs. I recently completed a review of the State of Nevada's Aviation program as the team leader of a three person evaluation team. I performed this job as a consultant.
